Chiala Marvici has been doing hair for over 19 years. After her six years of owning her own salon she decided to move to NYC and get into her passion of fashion with hair. For the next eight years, Chiala began assisting editorial hair stylist on set and on the runways from Orlando Pita, Ward, Dennis Lanni, James Mooney, David Cruz and many more, learning how to train her eye and develop her own style. She worked with them and many others on runways to jobs with Armani, Y & Kei, Nicole Miller, Twinkle, Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmo, Glamour, ID Magazine, and Brooks Brothers.

Chiala’s work has been featured in magazines such as Fader Magazine, Harrods, Lucky Magazine, Teaser Magazine, EST Australia, Kismet, Moda Magazine, Kenton, Jones Fashion Magazine. Chiala has also created a must have name with her hair in video. Her work has graced the TV commercials of Avon, Garnier, Biolage, and Sally Hansen. Chiala’s work can also be seen in 2014- 2015 Global campaigns for Redken and Pureology. Her color work can also be seen in 2014 Campaigns for Garage Clothing. Her creativity, experience and skill show through in every aspect of her work. She works at Cutler Salon in NYC as a Sr. Colorist/ Stylist and is also one of Redken’s top global teachers for for the last fifteen years. Chiala is an imaginative hair stylist that can bring ideas to life, a true conceptual artist.
