Cancellations

We understand that life happens and you may not always be able to make your scheduled salon appointment.

As an appointment based business, we require at least 24 hour ADVANCED notice for cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment time.

We require a credit card to reserve your salon appointment.

All cancellations or changes must be made by phone. Cancellations or changes to your appointment time are not accepted by email or text.

After one cancellation within 24 hours or a missed appointment, we will require a credit card number to secure any futre salon appointments. Your credit card will reserve your appointment time and will be charged if the following occurs:

  • Cancelling within 24 hours of your scheduled reservation, Roots Hair Devotion will  charge your card for 50% of your total service(s)
  • Missing a reservation without calling, the salon will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s).

Online reservations cannot be cancelled or changed online. All cancellations or changes must be made by phone to avoid mishap or double booking.

Running Late

Arriving late for your appointment may require us to shorten the length of your service or reschedule your reservation. If you are running late for your appointment, please call us and let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Appointment Reminders

For your convenience, we offer text message appointment reminders.

Please be sure to provide your contact email and cell phone number, when you reserve your salon appointment.  You will receive a text message requiring you to opt-in for our appointment reminders service.

  • TUES 9-9:30pm
  • WED 2-8:00pm
  • THURS 9-9:30pm
  • FRI 9-6:00pm
  • SAT 9-5:00pm

Adjustment Period for Hair Services

If your cut or color needs a little adjusting, not to worry.  You may request an adjustment within 1 week from the date of the original service.  They must be performed by the same stylist or one at the same level.

Payment

VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER.
Checks are not accepted.

Gratuities

If you desire to leave a gratuity for a team member, it can be left as cash, we do not add gratuity on credit card purchases.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice. Complimentary consultations with one of our amazing hairstylists are available for current pricing.

Price Quotes

We do not offer exact price quotes over the phone. We will gladly offer a base price for services during a phone consultation or appointment reservation.

For exact pricing, a salon consultation and hair analysis, is necessary to determine the services that will be required to achieve your desired result.

All professional salon consultations are complimentary.

Located behind our establishment, no fee.
